Exclusive use of the main lodge includes all 13 ensuite bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, and kitchen. Group accommodation in a large house with sea views and log fire. Price is for self catering for a maximum of 25 people, any extra people must be pre arranged.
A large Function room is available for an additional fee of £500 per night.

All bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor via stairs and are not suitable for the mobility impaired, ground floor dining and function room have disabled access.

For an extra £500, you can hire our Function room (to seat 70 guests) & commercial kitchen, plus 30 evening
guests (100 people in total)
£500 good housekeeping deposit will be returned after breakages or extra cleaning required.
Payment terms 10% non refundable deposit. 40% be paid within one month and the remaining 50% is due one month before entry along with your good housekeeping deposit. Bank Transfer please put your name as reference or phone 01770 600 468 to pay your deposit by credit card.
£500 Good Housekeeping Deposit is required which will be refunded a week after your departure less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required during your stay. Please make a bank transfer with your name as reference at the time of paying your final balance.
Dogs are allowed by pre arrangement, no extra charge is made. Please provide dog bedding, dogs are not allowed on furniture and must not be left unattended. Please clean up after your dog.
